Even my district manager was down to earth! I loved it. Managers at MAC Cosmetics from my experience were surprisingly down to earth! Like regular human beings! I never felt uptight or pressured, kinda like when you’re having a visit? -Nah. I think MAC definitely offers job security, when you’re doing an exceptional job! Like any other job, if you start to slack, you might as well pack! Very well balanced! I never felt overworked. Very competitive at times when T Galleria placed promoters to take sales away from the artists. Where we were featured in center stage for glamour looks. We Artists also had monthly special bookings. We had high sales targets each month, had to promote credit cards ( without MAC company knowledge), Artists had daily makeup demos on walk in clients as well as scheduled guest. Co workers were most of the time enjoyable to be around. We Artists also received a gratis of our choice every 6 months. Artists received monthly gratis from the collections being featured. Artists were rewarded yearly with off island trainings that were fully paid for by the company as well. MAC provided update trainings seasonally. But it was hard to balance MAC makeup artist guidelines because T Galleria would conflict with brand policies. Working at MAC in the T Galleria was a great experience.
